Turning ONE truly never looked so good.
But I want to ask you some honest questions;
Do you wonder or question how you will look back on this first birthday milestone, when your little one is 4, 5 or even 6 years old?
Do you wonder how is best to mark that milestone? (when in all honesty they won’t recognise or understand at the time.)
Do you believe in recording the occasion visually, so that they can relive and experience when they are old enough to understand?
And finally, which would you prefer hung on your walls; a special moment between you the family (encapsulating that natural, special and unbreakable family bond) or snapshots of bright coloured balloons, cakes and other peoples children?
The answer if you agree, should be about capturing CONNECTION for all the above...
When your little one is 4, 5, 6 or even 20, they most certainly will look back on those moments that they will have absolutely no memory of. But they will see ~ you. They will see the connection you had as a family during the photography session, the connection you had with them on that milestone of a birthday, they will see in those images who you were then, at a time they won’t remember.
It’s true our little ones on that very special first birthday milestone, won’t and will not remember or even know at the time what is happening. So with that said it is even more important to celebrate in a way that can be remembered years down the line. Recording this occasion visually, capturing that connection is timeless and it is those timeless moments that you will want to hang on your walls, to walk past everyday, when your making the coffee or walking in from work or even when you all might be shouting at each other. The moment will demonstrate the beautiful and unbreakable CONNECTION you have as a family.
