An absolute favourite of mine, I have a true soft spot for this location. The Old Hills are incredibly versatile, there is a plentiful amount of open air space, with swathes of long grass in the summer months, deep shaded woodlands & vistas to top of this already idilic location. This location is located around a 15 to 20 minute drive from the centre of Worcester and when I say it has views, it views back towards both the city and of Malvern.

Often referred to as Bluebell wood, and between April & May you will see exactly why. These woods are truly a special place to visit. As one of the largest small-leaved lime woodlands in the country it has beautiful but powerful presence. Despite its short comings with regards to parking, these woods offer plenty of varyingly idilic and emotive settings.

Chaddesley Woods National Nature Reserve is an absolutely beautiful, breathtaking and magical ancient woods near Chaddesley Corbett, which is between Kidderminster and Bromsgrove. There are endless idyllic settings within these woods perfect to capture the most intimate moments to time spent with loved ones!

A beautiful area surrounded by the remains of an old oak plantation, as well as swathes of long grass, old oak stumps and often many sheep. This location is situated on the grounds of a National Trust property, with access to the public across a couple of fields at the rear.

These two woodlands are stones throw apart *5 minutes in the car, if that. However, they are both have fantastic woodlands, within the Cotswold Area. Lineover Woods is truly magical in every sense, the scale of the trees, the mystery of the landscape and Dowdeswell Wood is a perfect setting in the warmer months, so that you can paddle in the stream surrounded by outstanding woodland.

High upon the sandstone ridge there are dramatic views, set alongside beautiful birch and oak woodlands, as well as areas exposed with red sandstone.
